1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if:

βοΈ You initiate the return within 24 hour of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items:
β Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and personal hygiene products due to safety reasons.
β Customized or personalized items.
β Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage by the customer.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:

βοΈ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as a store credit or via UPI/bank transfer (as per customer preference).

Note: If the return is rejected due to wear & tear or not meeting our return guidelines, the product will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
