  • Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 days, depending on your location.

  • Total Delivery Time: Processing time + Shipping time = 4 to 7 days

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary due to factors like location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship across India to most pin codes. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you at the time of order processing.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional fee depending on the location. (The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.)

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

  • You can track your package on our courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 1Β days, please contact our support team.

  • Delivery attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If you are unavailable, they may contact you for rescheduling.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your address details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Delays & Exceptions: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

❌ Undelivered Orders & Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to:
βœ”οΈ Incorrect address
βœ”οΈ Customer unavailable for delivery
βœ”οΈ Non-payment for COD orders

We will contact you for re-shipment. Additional charges may apply for reshipping the order. If the customer does not respond within 3 days, the order will be canceled, and prepaid amounts will be refunded (excluding shipping charges).

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing an item:
